Are you the kind of person who greets the world with a smile? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and love making people feel welcome? Our client is looking for a Front of House superstar to be the beating heart of their dynamic coworking hub in Manchester.

As the first face their members and guests see, you’ll be the go-to for everything from warm welcomes and space guidance to solving daily questions with charm and efficiency. You’ll manage their reception like a pro—keeping things polished, positive, and running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering exceptional front-desk service, greeting members and guests with enthusiasm
  • Managing visitor check-ins, answering general queries, and keeping the vibe upbeat and professional
  • Supporting the operations team by ensuring the space is tidy, stocked, and event-ready
  • Assisting with room bookings, desk allocations, and community events
  • Leading show-rounds for potential members and being a welcoming voice during onboarding
