A leading youth homelessness charity in the UK seeks a Building Futures Support Worker to empower young people in Bristol. The role involves managing a caseload, promoting independent living, and providing tailored support. Candidates should have flexibility, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to social justice. This position offers a permanent contract with competitive pay and benefits.
We have a vacancy in our Building Futures team, supporting and empowering young people in employment, and those with experience of care, to move on to independence across Bristol and South Gloucestershire. Working with young people in their homes, you will be part of a small, supportive team and will manage your own caseload.
You will be part of the Transitions and Resilience team, reporting to the Building Futures Team Leader.
