An established industry player is seeking a dedicated building custodian to ensure the safe and efficient operation of Corporate buildings and Schools. This role requires a motivated individual who can deliver services flexibly, both indoors and outdoors, while taking personal responsibility for tasks. Strong customer service skills are essential, and candidates must possess a current driving licence. As a building custodian, you will work under the direction of the Asst Facilities Managers and Facilities Officers to provide a wide range of services including general maintenance within Corporate buildings and Schools to ensure their safe and efficient operation.
About You:
You will be motivated to deliver services and be flexible in your outlook, prepared to work both inside and outdoors. You will be required to work both as a team and independently.
You will take personal responsibility for all your tasks using strong customer service skills.
You must have a current driving licence and ideally own transport.

Please be aware that this post is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and that you will be required to meet the cost of the DBS check, currently £49.50. The payment for this will be deducted from your first four months’ salary payments at a rate of £12.38 per month. If you do not commence employment for any reason but the DBS has been processed, you will be sent an invoice for the payment of £49.50.
