Introduction

• We are working with an Approved Inspector seeking to recruit a Building Control Surveyor / Senior Building Control Surveyor to join and cover sites in East Sussex.

Requirements

• Experience in residential building control projects.
• Up-to-date with current building regulations and in the process of registration through the BSR.
• Ability to understand and evaluate architectural and engineering drawings.
• Good communication skills for client and colleague interactions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and decisiveness in project assessment.
• Full UK driving license.

Working conditions / environment:

• Flexible working with the option to work from home most of the time.

Salary / Package:

• Salary ranges from £50,000 to £65,000 plus Car Allowance (dependent on experience), 45p per mile, 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays, and pension scheme.
