Senior Building Control Surveyor needed in Rhondda

The rate is £65ph PAYE

This is a temporary role

The reference number is: 1496103

The successful candidate will assist the Senior Building Surveyor in the day-to-day management and to deputise for the Principal Building Surveyor during absences.

They will be processing and scrutinizing Building Regulation applications, inspecting building works, and providing general building control advice. Additionally, they will market the Service to secure new business and income streams.
