We are seeking an experienced Building Control Surveyor to join our team, working on a variety of projects across London. This is a remote-based role with site visits as required, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work on diverse and high-profile developments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage building control inspections for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects in London.

Assess plans and specifications to ensure compliance with Building Regulations.

Conduct site inspections at key stages of construction to verify quality and compliance.

Provide clear, professional advice to clients, contractors, and design teams.

Prepare and maintain accurate inspection records, reports, and certification.

Liaise with local authorities, fire safety officers, and other relevant stakeholders.
