An exciting opportunity within a Local Council as a Building Control Surveyor.

Building Control opportunity within a Local Council based in Suffolk / Essex.

Introduction:

• We are currently working with a Local Council who are looking to recruit a Building Control Surveyor / Senior Building Control Surveyor to join the group and support on sites in the Suffolk / top end of Essex areas.

You will need:

• Ability to manage a variety of projects, with the vast majority being residential.
• Knowledge and experience of working on residential and commercial projects.
• The ability to provide a client-led service.
• A proactive attitude when dealing with current clients, but also forward-thinking in gaining new clients.
• In the process of getting registered at a class 2 and above.

Working conditions / environment:

• Flexible working with the option to work from home.

Salary / Package:

• £49,000 + a competitive pension scheme + 55p per mile + flexi working.
