A leading company focused on high-quality housing for seniors seeks a Building & Community Coordinator. This role involves ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations while providing exceptional customer service and fostering community spirit among residents. Hours: 25 hours per week on a rota basis to include some weekend work
Package: £18,571 (Full time equivalent of £26,000 per annum) + enhanced benefits & rewards

Our portfolio includes around 1100 homes across 40 communities, offering beautifully designed developments and stunning community living.
As a Building & Community Coordinator, your focus will be on ensuring full compliance with health & safety regulations across our developments. Ideally, you will have experience in buildings, property, or facilities management, along with excellent face-to-face customer service skills to build strong relationships with residents.
Your responsibilities will include:
This role requires working 25 hours per week on a rota, including some weekends. Flexibility is essential. You will be contractually based at the development nearest to your home and can claim mileage for travel between sites. Please note, there is no guaranteed onsite parking.
We seek an intuitive, personable individual with a flexible, warm approach who can build relationships with residents. You should be comfortable communicating with diverse groups, proactive, well-organized, and tech-savvy, with strong IT skills (knowledge of Google Workspace is a plus). Experience in facilities or property management, particularly with health & safety knowledge, is advantageous but not essential. This position is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
