Job summary

Property Management Recruitment Ltd is seeking a diligent cleaner for temporary shifts, working Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00. The role pays £13.00 per hour plus holiday pay and includes a 12.07% holiday entitlement.

Starting ASAP, you will report to the Property Manager / Building Manager and join a team delivering high standards of cleanliness across communal areas. Responsibilities cover cleaning of reception and common areas, vacuuming multiple floors, waste and recycling duties, and

Qualifications

Honest, reliable and professional.
Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
Good timekeeping, organisation and communication skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Able to work under pressure and complete duties within allocated hours.
Physically able to undertake cleaning, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping and reasonable bin-handling duties.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain reception, entrances, lifts, corridors, passageways, communal stairs, emergency staircases and other internal communal areas.
Vacuum main stairs, corridors and emergency staircases, including floors from the 6th floor to lower ground floor, completing approximately one floor per day.
Vacuum side/back entrances and delivery entrance mats.
Sweep hard floors and spot mop as required.
Clean and disinfect sanitary areas.
Clean and polish entrance doors, furniture, fixtures, fittings, mirrors and pictures.
