Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of electrician experience; HVAC experience is an advantage
• Strong preference for candidates with an Electrician's License
• Proficient in reading jobsite drawings (Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
• Experience installing and terminating low voltage cable
• Ability to bend and install conduit, including EMT, Ridgid, and PVC
• Skilled in installing panels to walls and HVAC equipment
• Proficient with installing field devices like sensors, thermostats, and damper actuators
• Able to install DDC controllers in panels
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• Effective customer service skills and the ability to build good rapport with clients
• Willingness to travel (approx. 10%), including occasional overnight stays, when required
• Flexibility to work beyond regular hours or weekends, according to project needs
