Are you a seasoned Building Automation Technician or a current HVAC technician or IT professional, eager to learn and looking for something new? Do you have a great attitude, integrity, self-motivation, and effective communication skills as part of a team? If so, we would love to hear from you to discuss a potential role with Dynatech Controls.

We are growing and currently have several full-time Building Automation Control Technician positions available within our service and construction teams. These technicians will serve the Lancaster/Harrisburg and Philadelphia/Delaware areas.

Role Description:

Technicians are essential to our success and act as the primary face-to-face support for our customers, ensuring the smooth operation of their building automation systems. Your daily tasks will vary, offering opportunities to perform installations, programming, startups, commissioning, troubleshooting, and training.

Qualifications:

  • An individual with qualities of dedication, commitment, and integrity, who can be relied upon to be prompt and ethical.
  • Previous knowledge and experience with HVAC control systems, HVAC operational theory, and IT networking are advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and customer service skills are essential.
