Building Automation Controls Technician

Alecto Recruitment is working closely with our client, an established and reputable HVAC Engineering organization that has been in operation for over 40 years.

Due to their continued growth and development, they are looking to hire an experienced Building Automation Controls Technician.

Benefits:

  • Company Vehicle
  • Paid travel minus 30 Minutes
  • On-call – 1 / 6 + Additional Payments. Mainly dial-up issues

The Position:

  • Working as a mobile Building Automation Technician / Building Automation Controls Technician, you will be responsible for covering multiple sites/buildings.
  • Completing on-site service and maintenance.
  • On-site troubleshooting and diagnosing through to resolving BAS issues.
  • Optimizing system performance.

Requirements:

  • We are seeking an experienced Building Automation Controls Technician.
  • Ideally, you will have experience with systems such as Johnson Controls, Tridium, Distech Controls. Experience with other control manufacturers will be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of communication protocols such as BACnet/Modbus, etc.
  • Skilled at on-site troubleshooting and fault diagnosing through to repairs.
  • Professional demeanor.
  • Any experience across HVAC Systems would be beneficial.
