About The Role:
You’ll need a real passion for the built environment and several years’ experience working in the sector. Your role as an Auditor involves covering standards such as ISO 9001 for quality, ISO 14001 for environment, ISO 45001 for health & safety, BS 99001 for Built Environment Quality Management Systems, and more.
You’ll also help manage clients, develop their accounts, and be involved in sector development, potentially training in further schemes and developing new and existing schemes.
About You
You should have several years’ experience in the built environment sector and a good working knowledge of quality, environment, and health & safety management systems. Experience in Building Information Modelling, National Highway Sector Schemes, collaborative working, sustainable procurement, or construction materials would be advantageous. We seek a subject matter expert to help develop and shape the sector and team.
Ideally, you reside in London, the West Midlands, Bristol, or surrounding areas and are comfortable with travel, as you'll be based on-the-road, spending each day on site with different clients. You need to hold a full driving licence, as you'll usually spend nine out of ten days auditing.
It's vital that you have relevant industry knowledge and experience in Building and Construction (including building materials) to ensure confidence and credibility during audits.
