United Infrastructure Group is seeking a Build Manager to support delivery on a Warrington works-site. You will coordinate site activities, manage logistics, and work with the site functions to ensure safety, quality and timely reporting to the Senior Build Manager.

The role requires experience in build management, strong communication, and the ability to develop risk assessments and method statements. You will contribute to handovers, client liaison, and ensure adherence to company procedures

## Build ManagerApply: Warrington - Clearwater 4: Full time: Posted Today: JR101637The Build Manager will support the delivery of an area within a specific section of the Works. This responsibility extends to all construction and related activities, reporting to the Senior Build Manager and includes logistics planning and implementation in collaboration with the site-wide logistics team, programming, and planning, monitoring and close out of authorities’ obligations and conditions and client liaison.Recommend temporary measures to mitigate against safety and/or quality concerns. Follow up by taking appropriate and proportionate action to avoid the cessation of work. This includes but is not limited to the review of documents, assurance audits, etc. Monitor works on-site record findings in a construction daily site log, ensuring information is reported up through the organisation to the Senior Build Manager.Escalate any issues/concerns via detailed reports.
