About the Role

‘Getting Stuck In’ is one of our key values, and we’re looking for new Team Members who love doing just that!

Instead of working in one department, we’re seeking versatile Team Members to support various resort teams, enhancing our guests' experience during their stay with Butlin’s.

In our Accommodation & Cleaning team, you'll be responsible for cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, lounges, kitchens, and living areas. We provide comprehensive training on all cleaning methods as part of our Clean & Fault Free program.

In our buffet restaurants, you'll work split shifts for breakfast and dinner, welcoming guests, clearing and resetting tables, collaborating with chefs at the buffet counters, and managing allergen and dietary queries.

This is a full-time role, requiring a minimum of 35 hours per week, spread over 5 days out of 7, with Mondays and Fridays being essential working days.

About You

We are looking for energetic, fun-loving multitaskers who enjoy learning new skills and working with a like-minded team.

No prior experience is necessary, as we provide all the training needed. We value your attitude, mindset, and passion for making a positive impact on our guests.

As a Team Member Plus, you will work on Mondays and Fridays in our accommodation cleaning team, and the rest of the week in one of our buffet restaurants, working breakfast and dinner shifts.

No experience? No problem! We support your development to confidently work in all relevant areas of your role.
