About the Role

Being a Chef at Butlin's is a unique role where you can combine your love for food and cooking with creating memorable experiences for our guests every day.

As a Chef de Partie, you will work with a talented team of chefs to deliver a variety of dishes across our buffet venues.

You will collaborate with a Junior Kitchen Manager and oversee small teams of commis chefs to ensure high-quality standards are met consistently.

You will be responsible for a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the safe preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes according to recipe specifications, brand standards, and Food Safety Management System compliance.
