Job summary

NHS Ayrshire & Arran is seeking a permanent full-time Band 4 to support the Information and Support Services section of the Finance Management Accounting function. The role requires 36 hours across 5 days with flexi-time and a UK driving licence is essential.

You will provide direct support to the Management Accountant, preparing financial information and budget reports for budget holders and stakeholders. Proficiency in Excel/Office and good communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient in all Microsoft packages, in particular Excel and Office.
• Educated to a minimum of HNC level.
• Excellent communicator and team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to the Management Accountant and deliver financial management information and budgetary reports.
• Offer financial and budgetary support to budget holders and interested parties.
