Job summary

Bubble CiTea in Hull is seeking a Part-time Barista to deliver friendly, knowledgeable service and craft great drinks in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

You will prepare drinks to recipe standards, promote the menu and loyalty app, keep the store clean, assist with opening/closing and stock, and help grow sales with the team. Training and progression are supported.

• Experience driving a high-sales, customer-focused culture in a fast-paced food or beverage setting.
• Proactive with a can-do attitude and strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• As a Barista, you will prepare drinks to recipe standards and maintain product knowledge.
• Deliver excellent customer service and promote our menu, offers and loyalty app.
• Keep the store clean, organised and well presented at all times.
• Support store operations including opening/closing and stock management.
• Manage and create content for the store's TikTok account.
• Complete required training and support the team with shift cover when needed.
• Help drive sales to meet store targets.
• Complete tasks assigned by the company.

WE'RE HIRING: Part Time Barista

As a Barista, You Will

• Prepare drinks to recipe standards and maintain strong product & allergen knowledge
• Deliver excellent customer service and promote our menu, offers and loyalty app
• Keep the store clean, organised and well presented at all times
• Support store operations including opening/closing and stock management
• Manage and create content for the store's TikTok account
• Complete required training and support the team with shift cover when needed
• Help drive sales to meet store targets
• Complete the reasonable tasks that assigned by the company
