Randstad Education in the UK is recruiting a PE Teacher / Sports Coach to deliver BTEC Sport, blending classroom theory with practical sessions in our gym and sports hall.

The successful candidate may be a qualified teacher or an experienced coach with a proven ability to engage diverse groups of students, motivate teams, and foster a positive sports culture.

Location: Lichfield area. Salary: £140–£233 per day, dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• BTEC Sport certification knowledge.
• 2) Experience teaching or coaching youth.
• 3) Ability to translate theory to practice.
• 4) Strong communication and motivation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging BTEC Sport lessons.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback.
• Manage classroom and sports hall environments safely.
• Mentor students to reach potential in theory and practice.
• Collaborate with staff to refine curriculum delivery.
