Make UK in Birmingham is seeking an experienced BTEC Tutor to deliver BTEC Engineering training to apprentices at our state-of-the-art training hub in Aston. The role involves teaching level 2-4 engineering qualifications and supporting apprentices to achieve their potential.

Ideal candidates will have a relevant level 4 qualification, experience in the engineering sector, and excellent communication skills. Benefits include free parking, health cover, and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Relevant level 4 subject qualification or higher; teacher training qualification at level 3 or higher.
• Empathy with young people and ability to deliver training effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Teach across a range of BTEC level 3 units.
• Manage and oversee the progress of the Engineering Project for apprentices.
• Provide a range of support techniques to learners for achieving success.
