Are you passionate about making lasting, systemic change in the lives of children and young people? Do you thrive on building partnerships and leading impactful, place-based initiatives?
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Cradle to Career Hub Coordinator and Project Manager to lead the development of our new BS1 ALIVE model — a bold, locally rooted initiative aimed at transforming outcomes for children and families across Bristol. Based at SMRT School, now a proud Reach Foundation Cradle to Career Partner, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape and implement a community-wide strategy that goes beyond education, bringing together schools, families, charities, employers, health services, and the justice system to deliver joined-up support from birth through to adulthood.
The successful candidate will be at the heart of this ambitious programme — coordinating partners, managing project delivery, and leading efforts to secure ongoing funding for future phases, including the continuation of this role.
If you’re ready to be part of something bigger than yourself — to lead innovative, cross-sector collaboration with a real and lasting impact — we would love to hear from you
