Job Title: Building Services Engineer (Electrical Bias) - Farringdon

Location: Farringdon, London (5-minute walk from the station)
Pay: 24- 25 per hour
Contract: Full-time, 8 hours per day - Contract role with potential to extend until October (Immediate start)

We are looking for an experienced Building Services Engineer (Electrical bias) to join our client's team on a static commercial site in Farringdon. The building has one tenant, with the rest currently unoccupied.

Key Requirements:

• 18th Edition qualification essential
• Strong electrical skills with solid mechanical experience
• Proven track record in PPMs, fault finding, and reactive repairs across building systems
• Ability to carry out PPMs and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical plant
• Experience with water tower inspections, boilers, chillers, alarms testing, and security access systems

Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth operation of building systems
• Undertake planned and reactive maintenance tasks
• Conduct safety and compliance checks as required
