Responsibilities

You will be responsible for delivering exciting and unique services to all current and potential customers. To maximize sales opportunities, you should be confident in making connections with customers, passionate about eyebrow styling, demonstrating products, and committed to winning repeat business through make-up lessons and appointments.

Duties Include:

• Sales Goals: Achieve individual sales targets by connecting with customers, demonstrating products, performing brow treatments, and booking repeat appointments.
• Brow Services: Conduct waxing, tinting, and tweezing to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat bookings. Full training will be provided to become a Brow Expert.
• Teamwork: Support team members to meet all counter and business needs.
• Promotions & Events: Assist with in-store and external events, including new product launches and charity events.
• Administration: Complete daily and weekly worksheets and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
• Hygiene & Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the counter and displays.

Qualifications
