Responsibilities

You will be responsible for delivering an exciting and unique service to all current and potential customers. To maximise sales opportunities, you will be confident in making connections with customers, passionate about eyebrow styling, demonstrating the products, and be determined to win repeat business through make-up lessons and appointments.

Duties Include

• Sales Goals - Achieving individual sales goals through making connections, demonstrating products, carrying out brow treatments, and booking repeat appointments.
• Brow services - Waxing, Tinting, and Tweezing to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat bookings. (Full training provided to become a Brow Expert!).
• Teamwork - Supporting team members to meet all counter and business needs.
• Promotions and Special Events - Supporting in-store and external events, including new product launches and charity events.
• Administration - Completing daily and weekly worksheets and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
• Hygiene and Housekeeping - Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards at the counter.

Qualifications

Team members should be willing to work weekends, late nights, and bank holidays.
