Responsibilities

As a Brow and Beauty Expert, you will deliver exciting and unique services to all current and potential customers. To maximize sales opportunities, you will confidently connect with customers, demonstrate products, and be determined to win repeat business through make-up lessons and appointments.

Duties for a Brow and Beauty Expert include:

• Sales Goals - Achieving individual sales goals through customer connections, product demonstrations, brow treatments, and booking repeat appointments.
• Brow Services - Waxing, tinting, and tweezing to ensure customers love their brows and book repeat appointments. Full training will be provided to make you a Brow Expert!
• Teamwork - Assisting team members to meet all counter and business needs.
• Promotions and Events - Supporting in-store and external events, including new product launches and charity events.
• Administration - Completing daily and weekly worksheets, and assisting with counter management tasks where needed.
• Hygiene and Housekeeping - Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene at the counter and displays.

Qualifications

Flexibility to work weekends, late nights, and bank holidays alongside weekday shifts is required.
