Responsibilities

You will deliver exciting, unique service to all customers. Be confident in connecting with customers, passionate about eyebrow styling, demonstrating products, and committed to winning repeat business through make-up lessons and appointments.

Duties include:

• Sales Goals: Achieve individual sales targets by connecting with customers, demonstrating products, performing brow treatments, and booking repeat appointments.
• Brow services: Waxing, Tinting, and Tweezing to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat bookings. (Full training provided to become a Brow Expert!)
• Teamwork: Support team members to meet counter and business needs.
• Promotions and Events: Assist with in-store and external events, including product launches and charity events.
• Administration: Complete daily and weekly worksheets and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
• Hygiene and Housekeeping: Keep the counter and displays clean and hygienic at all times.

Qualifications
