As a Brow and Beauty Expert, your responsibilities will include:

• Achieving individual retail sales goals in collaboration with the counter manager, engaging with customers, and demonstrating products.
• Providing brow services such as waxing, tinting, and tweezing to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat bookings.
• Supporting team efforts to meet all counter and business needs.
• Participating in promotions, special events, and charity activities, both in-store and externally.
• Completing daily and weekly administrative worksheets and assisting with counter management tasks as needed.
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards at the counter and displays.
