Overview

Benefit is GLOWING... We Mean GROWING... and we are currently searching for a Part-time fixed-term 30-hour Brow and Beauty Expert to make real connections in Sephora Meadowhall!

Please note: this position will be a 6-month fixed-term contract from the employee's start date.

Responsibilities

• Sales Goals - Achieving individual retail sales goals agreed with the counter manager, making connections with customers, demonstrating products.
• Brow services - Waxing, Tinting, and Tweezing to ensure customers love their brows and book repeat appointments.
• Teamwork - Everyone is expected to help all team members to ensure all the counter and business needs are met.
• Promotions and Special Events - Supporting both in-store or external events and charity events.
• Administration - Completing daily and weekly worksheets, and assisting with counter manager administration where necessary.
• Hygiene and Housekeeping - Ensuring the counter and displays are kept clean and hygienic at all times.
