Responsibilities

Position Summary

You will deliver exciting and unique services to all customers. To maximize sales, you'll connect confidently with customers, be passionate about eyebrow styling, demonstrate products, and aim to win repeat business through lessons and appointments.

Duties Include

• Achieving individual sales goals through customer connections, product demonstrations, brow treatments, and booking repeat appointments.
• Providing brow services—waxing, tinting, tweezing—to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat bookings. Full training will be provided to develop your expertise.
• Supporting team efforts to meet counter and business needs.
• Participating in promotions and events, including product launches and charity activities.
• Completing daily and weekly administrative tasks and assisting with counter management as needed.
• Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness of the counter and displays.
• Traveling between various locations to support different sites (travel costs covered by us).

Team members will work weekends, late nights, and bank holidays.
