Responsibilities

You will be responsible for delivering an exciting and unique service to all current and potential customers. To maximize sales opportunities, you should be confident in making connections with customers, passionate about eyebrow styling, demonstrating products, and be determined to win repeat business through make-up lessons and appointments.

Duties Include:

• Sales Goals: Achieving individual sales goals through making connections, demonstrating products, carrying out brow treatments, and booking repeat appointments.
• Brow services: Waxing, Tinting, and tweezing to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat bookings. Full training will be provided to make you a Brow Expert.
• Teamwork: Assisting team members to meet all counter and business needs.
• Promotions and Special Events: Supporting in-store and external events, including new product launches and charity events.
• Administration: Completing daily and weekly worksheets and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
• Hygiene and Housekeeping: Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards at the counter and displays.

Qualifications

Team members should be willing to work weekends, late nights, and bank holidays.
