Come paint the world PINK with us! We are currently searching for a Part-time Brow and Beauty Expert to make real connections in Edinburgh Gyle.

Please note, if you are a student, you will be required to work through all holiday periods including Christmas, as we are recruiting for long-term employees at Benefit.

Responsibilities

As a Brow and Beauty Expert, you will deliver exciting, unique services to all customers. You should be confident in making connections, passionate about eyebrow styling, demonstrating products, and eager to win repeat business through make-up lessons and appointments.

Duties include:

1. Sales Goals: Achieve individual sales targets by connecting with customers, demonstrating products, performing brow treatments, and booking repeat appointments.
2. Brow Services: Waxing, Tinting, and Tweezing to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat bookings. (Full training provided to become a Brow Expert!)
3. Teamwork: Support team members to meet all counter and business needs.
4. Promotions & Events: Support in-store and external events, including product launches and charity events.
5. Administration: Complete daily and weekly worksheets and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
6. Hygiene & Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the counter and displays.

Qualifications

Availability to work weekends, late nights, and bank holidays alongside weekday shifts is expected.
