Come paint the world PINK with us! We are currently searching for a Part-time 22.5-hour Brow and Beauty Expert to make real connections in John Lewis Chelmsford!

Please note, if you are a student, you will be required to work through all holiday periods including Christmas, as we are recruiting for long-term employees.

This role involves making customers look good and feel positive. You’ll be the face of our brand, delivering makeovers with our best-selling products, and helping customers look and feel amazing.

Responsibilities

As a Brow and Beauty Expert, you will deliver exciting and unique services to all customers. You’ll make connections, demonstrate products, and aim to win repeat business through make-up lessons and appointments.

Duties include:

• Sales Goals: Achieving individual sales targets through customer engagement, product demonstrations, brow treatments, and booking appointments.
• Brow services: Waxing, Tinting, and Tweezing to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat bookings. Full training provided.
• Teamwork: Supporting team members to meet counter and business needs.
• Promotions and Events: Assisting with in-store and external events, including product launches and charity events.
• Administration: Completing daily and weekly worksheets and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
• Hygiene and Housekeeping: Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards at the counter.
