Come paint the world PINK with us! We are currently searching for a Part-time 7.5-hour Brow and Beauty Expert to make real connections in Boots Birmingham Fort Dunlop!

Please note: if you are a student, for this role you will be required to work through all holiday periods including Christmas, as at Benefit, we are recruiting for long-term employees.

Responsibilities

As a Brow and Beauty Expert, you will be responsible for delivering an exciting and unique service to all current and potential customers. In order to maximise sales opportunities, you will be confident in making connections with customers, passionate about eyebrow styling, demonstrating the products, and be determined to win repeat business through make-up lessons and appointments.

Duties include:

• Achieving individual sales goals through making connections, demonstrating products, carrying out brow treatments, and booking repeat appointments.
• Providing brow services such as waxing, tinting, and tweezing to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat bookings. (Full training will be provided to make you a Brow Expert!).
• Supporting team efforts to meet all counter and business needs.
• Participating in promotions and special events, including new product launches and charity events.
• Completing daily and weekly administrative worksheets and assisting with counter management tasks as needed.
• Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards at the counter and displays.

Qualifications

Brow and Beauty Experts may be required to work weekends, late nights, and bank holidays alongside weekday shifts.
