Job Title: Brow and Beauty Expert (Part-Time)

This is a part-time position requiring one day per week as a Brow and Beauty Expert.

Please note: If you are a student, you will be required to work through all holiday periods, including Christmas, as part of our long-term employment benefits.

As a Brow and Beauty Expert, you'll be the face of our brand, delivering exciting and unique services, making connections with customers, demonstrating products, and encouraging repeat business through make-up lessons and appointments.

Responsibilities

• Sales Goals: Achieve individual sales targets by connecting with customers, demonstrating products, performing brow treatments, and booking repeat appointments.
• Brow Services: Perform waxing, tinting, and tweezing to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat bookings. Full training will be provided to develop your expertise.
• Teamwork: Assist team members to meet counter and business needs.
• Promotions and Events: Support in-store and external events, including new product launches and charity events.
• Administration: Complete daily and weekly worksheets and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
• Hygiene and Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the counter and displays.

Qualifications

Salary: £12.98 per hour (Department store London).
