This is a 31.5-hour Brow and Beauty Expert position requiring full flexibility.

Please note, if you are a student, you will be required to work through all holiday periods, including Christmas, as part of our long-term employee benefits.

Responsibilities

As a Brow and Beauty Expert, you will deliver exciting and unique services to all customers. You will confidently connect with customers, demonstrate products, and be determined to secure repeat business through make-up lessons and appointments.

Duties include:

1. Achieving sales goals through customer connection, product demonstration, brow treatments, and booking repeat appointments.
2. Providing brow services such as waxing, tinting, and tweezing (full training provided).
3. Supporting teamwork to meet all counter and business needs.
4. Assisting in promotions and special events, including product launches and charity events.
5. Completing daily and weekly administrative tasks.
6. Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness at the counter.

Qualifications

Flexibility to work weekends, late nights, and bank holidays is required.
