Come paint the world PINK with us! We are currently searching for a Part-time Brow and Beauty Expert to make real connections in Boots Leeds Birstall.

Please note, if you are a student, you will be required to work through all holiday periods including Christmas, as we are recruiting for long-term employees.

Role Overview

As a Brow and Beauty Expert, you will deliver exciting and unique services to customers, make connections, demonstrate products, and build repeat business through make-up lessons and appointments.

Responsibilities

1. Sales Goals: Achieve individual sales targets through customer engagement, product demonstration, brow treatments, and booking repeat appointments.
2. Brow Services: Perform waxing, tinting, and tweezing to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat visits. Full training will be provided.
3. Teamwork: Assist team members to meet counter and business needs.
4. Promotions & Events: Support in-store and external events, including new product launches and charity events.
5. Administration: Complete daily and weekly worksheets and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
6. Hygiene & Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the counter and displays.

Qualifications & Working Conditions

Flexibility to work weekends, late nights, and bank holidays is required.
