Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting a Qualified Social Worker for the Adults/Hospital Team based in Bromley.

Responsibilities:

  • Work on-site 5 days a week in the emergency department.
  • Have hospital discharge experience.
  • Facilitate safe returns home for vulnerable adults.
  • Complete assessments under the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act 2005.
  • Arrange care support.
  • Work within a multidisciplinary framework supporting younger adults with physical disabilities and older people, ensuring risks are managed appropriately.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Social Work England registration.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Degree-level qualification in Social Work.
  • Post-qualified experience.
