Our client, a leader in the Insurance market, is recruiting for a Project Manager to work on an OpenTwins Implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple workstreams within large-scale, global software delivery projects.
• Experience in reinsurance, preferably in broking.
• Work with Trace / OpenTwins reinsurance broking platform.
• Utilize project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP).
• Manage detailed project plans effectively.
• Operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high ambiguity.
• Lead teams, facilitate meetings, and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Communicate and negotiate effectively, both written and verbal.
• Adapt to complex and changing environments.
• Apply sound problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Maintain tact, diplomacy, patience, and empathy.
• Work proactively, independently, and under pressure.
• Be willing to travel and commute to London as needed.
