Broking Project Manager - OpenTwins - Hybrid
Our client, a leading company in the Broking sector, is recruiting for a Project Manager to join them on an OpenTwins implementation.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple workstreams within large-scale, global software delivery projects.
- Experience in the reinsurance industry, preferably in broking.
- Experience working with Trace / OpenTwins reinsurance broking platform.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP).
- Ability to manage detailed project plans effectively.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high ambiguity.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well within a team, including meeting facilitation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal, with stakeholders who have high expectations.
- Adaptability to complex and changing environments.
- Effective problem-solving skills with clear reasoning and sound decision-making abilities.
- Tactfulness, diplomacy, and resilience in an ever-changing environment.
- Patience and empathy when dealing with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work proactively, under pressure, and independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be commutable to London and willing to travel if required.
