Broking Project Manager - OpenTwins - Hybrid

Our client, a leading company in the Broking sector, is recruiting for a Project Manager to join them on an OpenTwins implementation.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple workstreams within large-scale, global software delivery projects.
  • Experience in the reinsurance industry, preferably in broking.
  • Experience working with Trace / OpenTwins reinsurance broking platform.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP).
  • Ability to manage detailed project plans effectively.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high ambiguity.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well within a team, including meeting facilitation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal, with stakeholders who have high expectations.
  • Adaptability to complex and changing environments.
  • Effective problem-solving skills with clear reasoning and sound decision-making abilities.
  • Tactfulness, diplomacy, and resilience in an ever-changing environment.
  • Patience and empathy when dealing with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work proactively, under pressure, and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be commutable to London and willing to travel if required.
