Our client, a leading company in the Broking sector, is recruiting for a Project Manager to join them on an OpenTwins implementation.

They are seeking a candidate with experience in OpenTwins.

Experience:
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple workstreams within large-scale, global software delivery projects.
  • Experience in the reinsurance industry, preferably in broking.
  • Experience working with Trace / OpenTwins reinsurance broking platform.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP).
  • Proven ability to manage detailed project plans.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high ambiguity.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team, including meeting facilitation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills, with stakeholders who have high expectations.
  • Comfortable working in complex and changing environments.
  • Effective problem-solving skills with sound reasoning and decision-making abilities.
  • Diplomatic, tactful, and adaptable to change.
  • Patience and empathy in dealing with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work proactively, under pressure, and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be commutable to London and willing to travel if required.
