Job summary

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in IBA operations, ideally within Lloyds or the London Market.
  • Strong understanding of FCA, CASS, and regulatory compliance.

  • Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support Deputy Head of IBA with premium allocations, insurer settlements, and client accounting.
  • Lead team in reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with internal departments for smooth operations.
  • Ensure internal controls are followed.
  • Prepare monthly reports for senior management.
  • Review and improve IBA procedures.
  • Coach and develop team members.
