An excellent opportunity for Apprentices to join a large Lloyds Insurance Broker as a Trainee Broker/Apprentice in London. This role offers practical work experience through an 18-month structured apprenticeship program, with the aim of building a long-term career within the company. Summary

An excellent opportunity for Apprentices to join a large Lloyds Insurance Broker as a Trainee Broker/Apprentice. The role involves participating in an established Apprenticeship Programme to gain practical work experience and develop core skills, with the aim of building a long-term career within the company.

Main Duties:
  • Become fully immersed in one of the Insurance Broking Speciality teams, including Fine Art, Specie, Aviation, Reinsurance, and Broking Operations.
  • Support the team with day-to-day activities.
  • Assist with broader team initiatives.
  • Participate in preparing and delivering pitches.
  • Collect, track, and analyze data.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
Essential Skills Required:
  • Educated to a minimum of A-Levels (or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs grades 9 - 4 (C or above), including Maths and English.
  • Good knowledge of Office 365 environment.
  • Strong general IT skills.
  • Attention to detail.
Desirable:
  • Collaborative approach.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
