E12 UPS Limited is seeking an Import Broker to support the brokerage team from our East Midlands Airport offices. You will review and validate invoice data to ensure HMRC and customs compliance for entry into the UK, with responsibilities spanning data entry, document collection, and enquiry handling.
Based in Castle Donington, you will collaborate with clients, UPS staff, carriers and agents, and training will be provided for customs procedures.

Import Broker - Full Time - East Midlands Airport Offices - Nights Hours: 22:00 - 06:00 (Mon-Fri)
Salary: £24,784.50 basic + £6,196.125 shift allowance for hours worked between 20:00 - 06:00
Location: UPS Brokerage, Castle Donington, DE74
You will be based at our East Midlands Airport offices, supporting our brokerage team in managing the movement of customer shipments into and out of the UK. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and validating invoice data to ensure parcels meet HMRC and customs compliance requirements for entry into the UK. Additional customs‑related tasks may be assigned as needed to support operational demands.
