I am currently partnered with a Global Broker looking for a motivated Broker Technician to provide essential operational and administrative support within their cross class back office team. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient business processes and excellent client service across various classes of business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain up-to-date insurance knowledge across different business lines.
  • Support processing tasks, including pre-processing and handling accounting queries.
  • Work closely with Accounting and Business Administration teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Assist with system testing and audits as required.
  • Manage premium payment controls and help reduce risk exposures.
  • Use systems such as GXB, IMR, and Crystal effectively.
Candidate Profile
  • Solid understanding of the UK insurance market and regulatory environment.
  • Experience across multiple insurance classes is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable using insurance software.
  • Good communicator with strong relationship‑building skills.
