A well-established specialist Lloyd's Broker, with offices in the heart of the City, is seeking a Technician to join their Financial Institutions team.

The Broker mainly deals with Financial Lines business emanating from the UK, the US, and worldwide territories. This role involves supporting the FI team with back office duties, including:

1. Document production and processing; both pre-inception and post-placement, including preparing MRC Slips, endorsements, cover notes, and debit/credit notes.
2. Responding to broker and underwriter queries.
3. Processing premiums and Bordereaux for Lloyd's and Company markets.
4. Assisting in premium payments and cash reconciliations in conjunction with the Finance Department.
5. Collating and preparing information pages for Brokers and statistical reports as required.

The ideal candidate may come from any administration or technician background, with knowledge of any lines of business. Knowledge of PPL and Financial Institutions would be advantageous. There is significant opportunity for individuals who work diligently to progress within the technical department or to transition to a broker role over time.
