  • Handle premium processing and credit control.
  • Maintain accurate records across all stages of placement.
  • Liaise with underwriters, brokers, and clients.
  • Manage post-placement servicing including endorsements.

Broker Support - Cyber, Liability & UK Professions

I’m working with a leading London Market broker who is looking to appoint an experienced Broker Support professional to join their Specialty team. This role focuses on international cyber and liability risks alongside UK professional lines, offering the chance to work on complex, high-profile placements across multiple territories.

The Role
You’ll provide technical and placement support throughout the lifecycle — from preparing market documentation and processing premiums to liaising with underwriters and supporting brokers in client delivery. The position offers significant visibility within a specialist team and exposure to both Lloyd’s and company markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and process MRC slips, endorsements, and supporting documentation for cyber, liability and professional risks

Handle premium processing, Xchanging/bureau submissions, and credit control

Maintain accurate, compliant records across all stages of the placement process

Liaise with underwriters, brokers, and clients to support placements and service delivery

Manage post-placement servicing including endorsements, queries, and renewals

Contribute to high service standards and process improvements

What You’ll Need:

3+ years’ experience in a broker support or technical role within the London Market

Understanding of cyber, liability, or professional lines business

Familiarity with Lloyd’s systems and documentation standards

Strong communication, organisational, and IT skills (Word/Excel)
