Broker Specialist - Capital Advisory

Do you have experience in the Lloyd’s market and a general understanding of insurance? Aon’s Capital Advisory team in London is hiring and looking to add a Broker Specialist to our team.

This is a London-based role with the flexibility to work in a hybrid manner with a deliverables-focused approach.

What the day will look like

The role is focused on supporting the Capital Advisory team across various activities, including:

• Engaging with clients to assess their capital needs and work on a strategy for each client and prospect.
• Producing PowerPoint slides and presentations to support the Capital Advisory team in delivering client insights.
• Collaborating with Aon reinsurance brokers and account executives to align the capital strategy to the overall reinsurance strategy.
• Supporting the Capital Advisory team in providing insights to clients and broker colleagues.
