Job description

Join a respected and growing insurance brokerage with a strong presence in the UK and international markets. My client are a strong real estate team who provides insurance solutions to a wide portfolio of clients including property owners, managers, developers, investors. Due to continued growth, they are looking to build out their real estate team.Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of real estate clients, providing expert advice and tailored insurance solutions.

  • Place new and renewal business in the London and international markets, ensuring competitive and comprehensive coverage.

  • Draft and present client presentations, risk submissions, and placement strategies.

  • Liaise with underwriters and build strong market relationships to secure optimal terms.

  • Work closely with internal teams including account handlers, claims, and compliance to ensure end-to-end service delivery.

  • Support new business development, including attending client meetings, pitching services, and contributing to tender documents.

  • Keep up to date with real estate market trends, insurance developments, and regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with all internal and external standards.

Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in commercial real estate insurance broking, ideally 5+ years.

  • Strong knowledge of property owners, portfolios, and complex risk placements.

  • Good understanding of the London Market and international insurance practices.

  • Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships with clients and underwriters.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation and presentation skills.

  • Cert CII or working towards ACII is desirable.
