Broker – Insurance for High-Growth Scale-Ups!

Join an innovative insurance broker that’s rapidly growing! Founded just two years ago, our client achieved £11.5 million in gross written premium (GWP) last year and is on track to reach £20 million this year, with ambitious plans for further growth. They serve clients including leading tech scale-ups and have achieved B-Corp status.

You’ll manage clients from initial prospecting to policy placement, providing exceptional service throughout. Responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, obtaining and communicating quotations, and ensuring all insurance needs are met. You’ll work with leads generated via referrals and the internal marketing team, reviewing policy details to ensure optimal coverage.

The ideal candidate will have insurance broking experience, especially in Professional Indemnity, Cyber, and Tech sectors, with strong knowledge of key insurable risks. Excellent people skills, a confident telephone manner, and the ability to think innovatively are crucial. Experience with Acturis is a plus.
