Working within the Finance team, the Broker Finance role plays a key part within the company group, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

The role is ideal for individuals seeking an opportunity to join a dynamic, growing business and develop their skills to advance their career.

Responsibilities of the role

  • Perform daily reconciliations of customer payments against the company's internal system.
  • Conduct monthly reconciliations of customer and insurer accounts against the internal system.
  • Ensure all Direct Debit funding is allocated and reconciled on our Direct Debit facility.
  • Set up loans where required, process amendments, and ensure all amounts and payments reconcile.
  • Send statements and follow up on outstanding policies for reconciliation.
  • Distribute weekly statements to customers and chase outstanding debts.
  • Assist with recording and reconciling client monies.
  • Resolve account queries arising from insurer statements and daily payments.

Experience / Skills

  • Experience managing workloads and prioritizing tasks.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Industry experience in finance or insurance is preferred but not essential.
